In its first decade, M=POWER partnered with CT’s workforce boards, energy conservation companies, and community organizations to create an innovative pathway to employment in the clean energy sector. Our team is made up of licensed social workers, BPI building scientists, and other professionals who are passionate about supporting sustainability, energy efficiency, health, and wellness in our community.

EFA’s M=POWER 2.0 Energy Resilience Retrofit Pilot Program (ERRP) with DOH had a press conference last week, on Monday, July 14th. The streets were filled with state representatives, and we can’t wait to replicate our work- again and again- in more Connecticut communities!
