DEVELOPMENTAL OUTCOMES

Efficiency for All (EFA) and M=POWER were born from a critical truth: 

energy justice is not possible without people-powered solutions. They are the natural evolution of a movement grounded in service, compassion, and an unrelenting fight for equity. When we investigated our communities, we saw the same cycle repeat itself: unemployment, housing insecurity, poor health outcomes, and a lack of access to opportunity. But rather than accept this as the norm, we asked: “What if we changed the system from the inside out?” 

Who We Are & Why We Exist: 

We were born out of a need; a desperate, urgent call to protect the planet and serve the people often forgotten in environmental and energy conversations. Our founders saw beyond statistics. They saw single mothers shivering in unheated homes, elders breathing in moldy air, and children growing up believing climate change was someone else's problem to solve.
